This privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”) describes how Archie Ventures, LLC (“Archie Ventures”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, and shares personal information in connection with the Sports Deck mobile app (the “App”), our website located at mysportsdeck.com (together with any other websites or online platforms that we own and operate that link to this Privacy Policy, the “Site”), our email and other electronic communications, our social media pages, and our related products and services (collectively, and together with the Site and the App, the “Services”), and the rights and choices available to individuals with respect to their personal information.
We may change this Privacy Policy at any time. If we make changes, we will post the updated Privacy Policy on this page. In some cases, we may also let you know about an update by sending you an email, showing a notice in our App, posting a notice on our Site, or by other methods if the law requires it. SDKs provided by third parties may enable third parties to collect information directly via mobile apps as part of the services they provide.
Personal Information from Third Parties. We may collect or receive personal information about you from service providers, integration partners, advertising partners, social media platforms, data providers/licensors, or public sources. For example, if the Services offer you the option to sign up for an account using a third-party platform, like Apple or Google, they provide us with certain information needed to create and authenticate your account. We may also receive limited information from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, such as confirmation that you submitted a payment.
Users of our Services may have the opportunity to refer friends or other contacts to us. Please do not provide us with another person’s contact information unless you have permission to do so.
Use of Personal Information
We collect and use personal information primarily to provide you with the content and services you request. We also use personal information for the purposes described below.
Providing the Services. We use personal information to provide our Services and operate our business. For example, we may use personal information to:

We may work with third-party advertising and social media companies to help us advertise the Services, identify potential customers, and display ads on our Services and other sites and services. These companies may use cookies and similar technologies to collect information about you (including the device information and online activity information described above) over time across our Services and other sites and services or your interaction with our emails, and use that information to show you ads that may be more relevant to you. We may also share limited information, such as hashed email addresses, with these companies to help deliver ads to you or to people with similar interests. Research and Development. Your Choices

Opt-Out of Email Marketing Communications. If you receive marketing emails from us, you may opt out by following the unsubscribe instructions located at the bottom of the email. If you unsubscribe, you may continue to receive service-related and other non-marketing emails (e.g., account notices).
Control App Push Notifications. After downloading the App, you may have the option to opt-in to notifications that may include alerts, sounds, and icon badges. Push notifications can be configured in settings on your device.
Cookies. Most browsers let you remove and/or stop accepting cookies from the websites you visit. To do this, follow the instructions in your browser’s settings. Many browsers accept cookies by default until you change your settings. If you do not accept cookies, however, you may not be able to use all functionality of the Site and it may not work properly. Advertising Choices. Additional Notice to California Residents (Shine the Light)
California’s “Shine the Light” law (Civil Code § 1798.83) permits users of our Services that are California residents to request certain information regarding our disclosure of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes, if any.
